What will your Graduate Programme include?
Our graduate programme offers a great opportunity for individuals with drive, enthusiasm and ambition. We are looking to work with likeminded people who share our values and are committed to providing a great service to our customers.
Our programme sees you join a specific business area within Welsh Water to ensure we utilise your expertise and potential to drive our business forward.
Your two year programme will see you rotate the different teams within your business area to get a holistic view of the roles and responsibilities of your department. At the end of your two year graduate programme, in consideration of your performance you will receive an offer of a permanent role within that business area.
