At Welsh Water we want you to feel confident that your water supply and sewerage service are well looked after. Our aim is to get things right first time, every time. For the majority of our customers this is happily the case.

We supply water and sewerage services to 1.2 million households in Wales and some adjoining parts of England. If you are one of our customers, we hope these pages will provide the information and advice you need.
