To pay your water bill online you will need:

• Your Bank "Debit Card (Switch/Visa)"
• Your 12 digit Welsh Water customer reference number, this can be found on the front of your water bill at the bottom (please see diagram below).

Welsh Water has partnered with Santander Corporate Banking to bring you this service and you will need to register in order that your electronic payment account can be set up.
