Welcome to the Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water (DCWW) customer telemetry site. DCWW is pleased to offer this service to allow you to monitor your water usage.

We have recently installed new logging equipment that uses SMS technology to transmit the logger data to a data centre, which is managed by Technolog.

(Technolog design and manufacture the equipment we use which is installed and maintained by their subsidiary company Utilitec Services)

DCWW uses the telemetry data to prepare your monthly bill and to gain a better understanding of your water usage to enable us to provide the service you require.

The web link: http://www.webwwater.com/ will take you into a secure site run by Technolog which allows you to access your water meter(s) flow data via the PMAC Software and using a unique password.

Notes – Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water accepts that meters / telemetry equipment can malfunction / fail and as such cannot guarantee the accuracy of this data. Dŵr Cymru reserves the right to issue bills based upon estimated consumptions.
