Please complete and detach the Giro Credit and send it together with your cheque or postal order to:

Make your cheque or postal order payable to Dŵr Cymru Cyf and write your customer reference on the back (your account number can be found on the front of your bill).
Direct Debit:
If you would like to pay by direct debit click here to complete our secure online request form, or telephone us on 0800 052 5604 with your bank sort code, account number and account name. Just look at one of your cheques and there you will find all the information you need.

Pay free of charge in shops, petrol stations etc. Where the "Pay Point" sign is displayed. For your nearest outlet please click here or telephone0800 052 0145.
At your Bank:
Pay free of charge at any branch of the NatWest or your own bank. Please take your bill when making payment and complete the payment slip.
Alliance & Leicester/Giro Transfer:
If you have an Alliance & Leicester/Giro account you can pay by giro transfer free of charge. Just complete the payment slip and post it to Alliance & Leicester plc, Bridle Road, Bootle, MERSEYSIDE, GIR OAA.
By Switch/Delta or Credit card:

At the Post Office: (CASH ONLY).
Please take your payment (cash only) with your bill to any Post Office and complete the Giro Credit slip.
