Direct Debit:

If you would like to pay by direct debit click here to complete our secure online request form, or telephone us on freephone 0800 052 5604 with your bank sort code, account number and account name. Just look at one of your cheques and there you will find all the information you need.

At your Bank:

Pay free of charge at any branch of the NatWest or your own bank. Please take your bill when making payment and complete the payment slip.

Alliance & Leicester/Giro Transfer:

If you have an Alliance & Leicester/Giro account you can pay by giro transfer free of charge. Just complete the payment slip and post it to Alliance & Leicester plc, Bridle Road, Bootle, MERSEYSIDE, GIR OAA.
