Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water is committed to providing excellent levels of services to all of their customers. We understand that some of our customers may require extra help with the services we provide because they are:

  • Disabled,
  • older,
  • ill or
  • have learning difficulties.
These services include large print bills and password schemes for example. By registering for this service it will allow us to respond appropriately to your requirements.
