The Welsh Water Photography Bursary was established with the University of Wales, Newport in 2005/06. The bursary is designed to help photography students develop their skills for use within industry.
The brief for 2006 bursary:
We take clean safe drinking water for granted, and expect our waste to disappear without a second thought.
You don’t have to think about turning on a tap or flushing your loo because, 24 7, thousands of people employed by Dŵr Cymru and its partners are working to ensure exactly that.
